Before you start buying or selling, you need to have an Epoxa account or you can use your Social Media Account. If you do not already have an Epoxa account, you'll need to create one by completing the registration form. At Epoxa, you have the opportunity to sell  privatly or as a business.                                                                                           

1. Go to the Registration page. 
2. Enter the required details and select Register.
3. Update you account with payment, shipment and all other relevant information.
4. If you would like to sell as a business seller, you must fill out the Tax information form  §22f UstG, send it to your responsible tax department and send a copy of the confirmation from the tax department to service@epoxa.de
5. Once you have registered, you can now create the listing for the Item you want to sell, or you can search for the Item you would like to purchase.  Business sellers who do not comply with the tax requirement, will be deactivated from Epoxa until this is done.

In order to sell products on Epoxa, you must have an Epoxa account. Below are the sellings steps to assist you with your first sale:
1. In the top navigation of Epoxa, click Sell
2. Create the listing for the item you would like to sell. Insert the title.
3. Upload the photos of the product that you are selling.
4. Select the timespan of your sale.
5. Update product info in all areas of sale form.
6. Enter your Terms of conditions, AGB's or privacy policy.
7. Finalize all product info and selcet confirm. 

1. Items unsold:  0.50€

2. Auction items sold: 2,5% of selling priceif selling price is Euro 500 or less

3. Auction items sold: 2% of selling price if selling price is Euro 1.000 or less

4. Auction items sold: 1,5% of selling price if selling price is Euro 5.000 or less

5. Auction items sold: 1% of selling price if selling price is above Euro 5.000 but max. Euro 100

6. Fixed price items and price offer sold: 2,75% of selling price

1. Items unsold: 0.80€

2. Auction items sold:  3,75% of selling price if selling price is Euro 500 or less

3. Auction items sold:  2.75% of selling price if selling price is Euro 5.000 or less

4. Auction items sold:  1.75% of selling price if selling price is above Euro 5.000 but maximum Euro 150

5. Fixed Price items and price offer items sold:  3.75% of selling price

Payment fees are applicable after an Item has been sold successfully. Epoxa will send sellers an Invoice which lists the Epoxa commission that is pending to be paid. Sellers have the possibility of paying their Invoices via PayPal, or Bank transfer. Pending commission fees need to be paid within 5 Business days.

In order to search for the product, please enter the name of the product in the search field that you are looking for.  Or using the extended search function: 
1. Search via Shop 
2. Search for Seller
3. Search via city
4. Search via article nr.
5. Search via article-typ.

There are three main ways to buy on Epoxa: either via an auction where you place bids and the highest bidder wins, second by using “buy it now” where a price has been set and you buy in the same way that you would at any online retailer or third making a price offer, where buyers and sellers can agree on a mutual price. To buy on Epoxa you will need:
1. A computer, phone, tablet or any other device with an internet connection
2. Epoxa account: If you already have one, just sign in. If not, register by filling out the registration form.
3. Searching: Now that you have signed into your Epoxa Account, all you need to do is to search for the product that you would like to have.
After finding the product you would like to have, you can now buy the product based on the selling method that is offered. The three Selling methods are: Bidding, fixed-price and offer.

This means, if the seller is selling the product via bidding, you will need to bid your highest amount and the product and wait until the bidding timespan is over to find out if you have won the product.

This means that you can purchase the item directly by either putting the item in your shopping-basket or clicking the "BUY-NOW" button.

This means that you send a price suggestion to the seller and if the seller accepts your price suggestion. You can buy the item to the agreed price.

Retracting a bid: Users have the possibility of taking back their bids or price offers in certain circumstances. A bid or price offer can be retracted if:
1. The seller significantly changed the description of the item.
2. Buyer accidentally bided or offered the wrong amount. For example, you meant to bid €20, not €200.
3. Buyer can't reach the seller. For example, buyer sent the seller an email and it comes back undeliverable, or Buyer tried calling the seller and the phone number doesn't work.
4. If there are 48 hours or more left before the listing ends, all your bids can be retracted
5. For all other situations, buyers must contact seller directly to retract bid or customer service.

 If you have bought an Item via BUY-NOW or PRICE-OFFER, the seller will send an invoice with the payment sum, shipping fee and accepted payment forms asap. If you have bought an Item via Bidding, you will receive the Payment information after the Auction has ended.

Epoxa is merely provides a platform for buyers and sellers to be able to integrate. Epoxa is not a court of law and cannot make judicial decisions. If Buyers and Sellers are having conflict with each other, Buyers and Sellers need to contact each other to solve conflict. If the conflict cannot be solved, Buyers and sellers can seek legal advice from a lawyer. Communication on Epoxa can be done via Chat-function or other forms of communication such as email, phone, post.

Delinquent accounts are divided into 2 categories, Sellers and Buyers.

SELLERS:  Delinquent Sellers Accounts. These are sellers that have terminated 5 transactions within a 5 day period for no plausible reason. Sellers that have not delivered 5 or more goods within 30 days will be placed in this category.

Account suspension for verification for sellers: Before you can sign up for payment processing, we must confirm your identity and account details so that you can receive your payouts. Until we can verify your details, your account will be temporarily blocked. As soon as this process is completed, we will inform you via email.
